We had a great experience with Bullfrog Spas. Shawn helped us in every way possible to make our purchase go smoothly! He had an electrician scheduled for us before we left the store and the delivery and set up went without a hitch! Thanks again!!
Bullfrog was great. Shawn helped us pick out the tub we wanted, with the right jets and delivered within a couple weeks. The installers were quick. Had a little problem with needing the electrician but he came and got is running. We're very happy with the service we got.
We have spent our time in many hot tub spas over the last 5 years. We just purchased a bull frog, hands down the best, most powerful, relaxing spa we have ever been in! The greatest purchase ever for our health and relaxation! Thank you!
Everything went smooth and we are enjoying our new hot tub. Installation was a snap, they were in and out of here in about an hour. Love the relaxing feeling of those jets on sore muscles I would recommend a Bullfrog Spa to anyone

I purchased my hot tub after doing a lot of research. I have received excellent customer service and have LOVED my hot tub! I have already recommended a couple of people to purchase their hot tubs through Bullfrog.
Working with Shawn at Bullfrog Spas in North Ogden was such a breeze! He was very patient in answering all our questions, that spanned over 3 days. and several emails. He laughed with our kids and took pictures for us in his store swimming with 4 boys. I'd definitely recommend friends go there!

Kylie, from everyone here at Bullfrog, both management and delivery personnel, we would like to apologize for last week's startling confusion. You are absolutely correct, we should have knocked. Typically our policy IS to introduce ourselves at the door and then proceed with delivery, however we had specific instructions from last week's customer, stating that they would not be home and that we should find our way around back to the pad that had been prepared for the spa.
