The 2 gentlemen who swapped out our swim spa today for a regular hot tub spa. Were extremely professional. While working in a tight space they managed to to make the transition go extremely well. I cannot express how effortless they made it happen. This is the 3rd spa that I have had from bullfrog. Each time the transaction and transition went flawless. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Bullfrog. The salesman was great and helped us find what we were looking for. When the delivery date came, it was scheduled and I took the day off work to be there for delivery but Bullfrog canceled and rescheduled the morning of delivery which was frustrating. The following day, Casey and Kenny delivered our spa and they were very pleasant, answered all my questions, and helped me find the best orientation.
Amazing company. So great to work with. The install crew was thorough and careful. Would recommend Bullfrog every time.
