We received our hot tub about two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Shayne was our primary salesperson but both salespeople were outstanding. I really don’t like pushy sales people, and they nailed the perfect balance. They took the time to explain everything clearly while also making us feel completely comfortable walking away without making a purchase. Shayne and the entire Bullfrog team was amazing. The M9 spa is still the star of the show. This blows away the high end spas I have owned from Sundance and Hot Springs!
