Initially loved the spa but no more. Now just over a year installed, it has been constant issues. I bought the A7L last fall. In the six months since my initial review, I've had a pump stop working, runaway heating, and more broken LEDs. I've had to call warranty repair out five or six times in the first year. Was just about to go out tonight and saw the tub has once again run away on heating and is 115 degrees. Not sure if I got a lemon, if Bullfrog just doesn't make good spas anymore, or if my warranty service has been poo... read more
*Update* Unfortunately, our tub developed a leak. Getting a hold of Bullfrog is VERY difficult to schedule service and the first technician they sent (twice) was completely clueless and unable to address the issue or answer any questions about the tub. But once Ashley was able to come out, he took care of everything. This ownership experience would be miserable without Ashley's know-how. *latest* Unfortunately, we have to strongly recommend against bullfrog. We’ve been dealing with a leak for ~ 5 weeks now on 4 month old spa and they are unable to make it right so far. We just had one of the strangest interactions with a service provider from the company. Bullfrog sent out a rep (after a 2 week wait). We show him where the leak is. His response after taking a phone call to seek guidance was to “monitor the leak and call back again in the future to schedule another appointment”. We questioned what that meant…... read more
*Update 4 months in* - the spa unfortunately has developed a recurring leak. Getting a hold of Bullfrog Support has proven difficult and scheduling for a service visit is always ~2 weeks out. We haven't been able to use the hot tub in ~1 month as a result. We're hopeful that they will be able to finally make things right....but in the meantime it's been very frustrating and it's difficult to recommend Bullfrog at this time.
