*Update* Unfortunately, our tub developed a leak. Getting a hold of Bullfrog is VERY difficult to schedule service and the first technician they sent (twice) was completely clueless and unable to address the issue or answer any questions about the tub. But once Ashley was able to come out, he took care of everything. This ownership experience would be miserable without Ashley's know-how. *latest* Unfortunately, we have to strongly recommend against bullfrog. We’ve been dealing with a leak for ~ 5 weeks now on 4 month old spa and they are unable to make it right so far. We just had one of the strangest interactions with a service provider from the company. Bullfrog sent out a rep (after a 2 week wait). We show him where the leak is. His response after taking a phone call to seek guidance was to “monitor the leak and call back again in the future to schedule another appointment”. We questioned what that meant…... read more
*Update 4 months in* - the spa unfortunately has developed a recurring leak. Getting a hold of Bullfrog Support has proven difficult and scheduling for a service visit is always ~2 weeks out. We haven't been able to use the hot tub in ~1 month as a result. We're hopeful that they will be able to finally make things right....but in the meantime it's been very frustrating and it's difficult to recommend Bullfrog at this time. Most unprofessional, incompetent and unethical company I have ever dealt with. Not one single conversation was truthful. Don’t walk away from these guys. RUN!
