As a spa owner for the past 20 years, I can honestly give Bullfrog Spas 5-stars for their products and service. We have been enjoying ours for over 2 weeks now. Those Jet Packs are something else. Bill and Bullfrog were great to work with! Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Bill also helped us throughout the buying and setup process. He was very responsive throughout. We also had planned to go to two more stores and ended up never going anywhere else because Bill and Bullfrog were so good! And we got a great deal and love our hot tub!
