My experience with Bullfrog spas was outstanding from Bill Lawlor in sales to the removal of my old hot tub and complicated install all coordinated by them with great service. Love the new spa!
Great spa, and great service. Six months in, we love our spa. We've also had two separate occasions to call on warranty service (both minor). In one, the factory hadn't placed the sticker behind the in-tub control panel correctly, so some light shone through. We called, and a repair person came out and fixed the issue in minutes. Just got our spa from the bullfrog factory store and we have nothing but positive things to say. Bill as the salesman was great from the get go. There was one small issue at delivery (a circuit wasn't connected). Ashley came out same day to correct this and he spent a bunch of his time walking us through maintenance and care instructions. These are good people. Happy that we decided to go with Bullfrog.
