Customer service is poor. I had my alternator replaced on 7/4 after picking up my car I noticed that when I turned on the radio all I could hear from the front speakers was loud static and the screen on the dash was glitching in and out. There was clearly some kind of electrical issues going on. I brought it back to them today and after looking at it a mechanic told me that I just had a bad speaker so he set the sound to come through the back speakers only. Got us in quickly, accurately diagnosed the issue, and repairs done at a reasonable price. Will definitely trust them again (instead of the shop the caused the issue and lied about it).
Paul has always taken care of us, and the price is always reasonable. Helped us out less than a week before the snow, couldn't be happier.
