Highly Recommend Bulletproof! Carter went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company received the accurate information requested in order to make a decision on replacing my roof. It took a few times going back and forth with my insurance but he saw it through and finally got everything approved. The crew came out on time and did a great job replacing to roof and cleaning up the debris and nails before they left. Again I am very pleased and definitely recommend Carter with bulletproof.
I have called 4 times to have someone come check out and issue. I cannot get anyone to return my call. I guess after the job is finished, you are on your own.

Thank you to BulletRoof project consultant Jared Dudley who handled my roofing project and worked diligently with the Insurance Company since he has a strong knowledge of Insurance claims and handled the entire process by submitting all necessary documents and photos. Use BulletRoof with caution as they do not seem to want to stand behind their work. I had them redo my roof in the Raleigh area in 2020 since then I have incurred this defect shown in the picture where a portion of the roofing material seems to have come off. This is the second time in a different location and they are refusing to fix it. Obviously this is some sort of installation defect and they are refusing to stand behind their workmanship. Beware.
