Use BulletRoof with caution as they do not seem to want to stand behind their work. I had them redo my roof in the Raleigh area in 2020 since then I have incurred this defect shown in the picture where a portion of the roofing material seems to have come off. This is the second time in a different location and they are refusing to fix it. Obviously this is some sort of installation defect and they are refusing to stand behind their workmanship. Beware.
It was very easy to work with Eric. He was informative every step of the way and quick to respond to any of my questions. I love the way my roof looks now. A big upgrade.
Jared Dudley was professional and knowledgeable. Made the process easy and painless,went above and beyond. Definitely recommend him for anyone's roofing needs.
