From my first contact, to the end of the project, Josh Dolina was totally awesome. He took care of all of the details, including working with the insurance company, coordinating the installation of the roof, etc.. I couldn’t be more pleased!
We had a small issue we couldn’t figure out with our roof. Bullet Roof had replaced our roof 4 years ago. I reached out to their number on their website and Eric reached back out while on PTO to let me know he would be by upon his return. Well, he did, spotted some issues that he thought may be the problem and now we’re just waiting for a heavy rain to see if it’s fixed. Thank you Eric for amazing customer service!
