We decided on Northgate Climate Flex shingles with the best warranty, the colour being "Burnt Sienna". I had to change my roof this year. I contacted a few companies. Marty came to my house to give me a quote the next day. He was very patient with a million questions that I had. He offered me a fair price. His team was also amazing and so pleasant to have around my house for 3 days. They did their job and cleaned after themselves everyday. Marty was great! He came to my house to make up a quote, gave me a nicely printed out pamphlet of my choices and included, prices, warranty options, gave me actual samples of the shingles that he would be using. He was great with answering all our questions, answered my texts over the weekend. Happy with the results of the roof as well! Thanks Marty and team!
Marty and his crew did a great job on my new roof. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. I figured the job would take 2 or 3 days but they completed the project in a day and a half. If your looking for a fair competitive price, experienced roofers, and a company that meticulously cleans up your property at the end of each day then you should give Marty a call. I'm glad I did!
Well it was that time… an 18yr old roof with moss and water staining.
