From the start everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, & understanding. Cody Lewis came out & gave an honest evaluation. He was so easy to talk with & made the process of purchasing a roof replacement so easy. BulletpROOF was great at communicating when they would be out-which was quick-& what I needed to be ready. They showed up right & on time & got to work. They took special care to make sure everything was cleaned up. BulletpROOF definitely takes care of it's customers.

It was a pleasure from meeting JC, to a contract, and quick start date for our roof replacement. Speaking with both JC and Katie on the phone was always knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. JC, Greiven, and the team showed up on time. They went to work right away.
