Bullet has really been there when I needed him! He is as close to perfect service as I have ever had. Also, just a nice guy and very easy to deal with. He works ALL the time taking care of everyone's bikes. You will not find a harder working guy around. He gets ALL my bike work!
Bullet is the best!!!! Total lifesaver!!!! Honesty, upfront, integrity!!! You would be so lucky to break down by his shop! As I was. Haha not ideal but bullet made it all workout and got us rolling again. Literally after a rear flat. What nice people. I just realized we forgot to take a picture with Bullet (that is a friendly Bullet customer Cody, who pulled over to make sure we were ok!) Dang! Next time for my Bullet photo. Lol
My experience with Bullet’s Motorcycle Service Shop was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was consistently poor, communication was unreliable, and I was often left having to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates regarding my motorcycle. Bullet and his team took great care of me and my sport bike. Couldn’t recommend the team more, they’ll treat you like family and make sure you’re checking every thing along the way. Took my bike for fork and shock work and they nailed it!
If you have a custom bike that requires in depth maintenance and repairs this is not the shop for you. Only 2 mechanics and they promise the world to deliver nothing. Asent my bike to another shop and when asked where i was told who are trying to contact. Shady business and shady practices.
