Contacted them in July 2025 to replace my partner’s AC. It’s now almost July 2026 and the job has still not been completed. They came to look at the place and quoted one price. Actual price was notably higher. (~15% higher as I recall) Fine. Then the unit was on back order. Fine. Finally got around to swapped the main unit in the Fall. October or November-Far past when AC was necessary. At least there was heat for the winter. Although we had already booked a different company to fix our gas, I would like to praise Bulut from Bullet Proof Heating & Cooling, for taking the time to give me detailed advice about what to ask the pro that I chose, in order to ensure that they do the job safely and so my gas can be turned back on. Bulut went out of his way, in order to keep me and my family safe.
We had Belut and Conor come see our AC unit. We were so confused as to why our AC unit from another company before we met them wasn’t working that well. They inspected everything and showed us that our AC unit was filthy!!!! They cleaned it for us and showed us how to do it ourselves aswell!! Lucky our pup also loved them which was a plus! Amazing service! I won’t call anyone else!!! Thanks guys!!!
