Great service and professional staff! We had an issue with the heating in our condo and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician Bulut was very professional and did a great job getting our heating fixed.
Thank you for the excellent house call on Christmas Day at 2 pm. after receiving our call about our broken furnace a few hours before. Mr. Bulut, our HVAC specialist, was able to engineer a fix, to get our furnace working, while new parts were being ordered. Our holiday was warm and trouble free while the temperatures dropped well below freezing and an ice storm hit three days later. Good to meet kind and helpful people who are willing to keep our home safe and warm. More than words can say. The McMechans.

I highly recommend Bullet Proof Heating and Cooling! They have installed our heat pump, given regular maintenance service and most recently installed a humidifier. This last service equals and in some respects surpasses all that they have done for us. We have an old house so nothing goes as planned. They installed the humidifier needing to take account of a variety of potential issues - piping around and through awkward spots and spaces, accounting for the water source and ensuring no leaks and taking the time to do it right... read more
