Bulut from bulletproof heating and cooling was amazing. We had concerns with our hvac and Bulut took his time to evaluate the issues and help provide his expertise. Bulut was very patient and professional. I will definitely be contacting him again for any issues with heating or cooling. 10/10 service.

Last year, Bullet Proof HVAC installed a heat pump at our property north of the city. Due to our high ceilings, the owner, Bulut, recommended placing the unit high up so it could work in tandem with our ceiling fans. Unfortunately, after experiencing a full winter with the system, it became clear that the placement was a major issue. The heat pump simply doesn't heat the main level properly. I compared a few dealers and went with Bullet proof as there were prompt, professional and provided a detailed pdf and online quote indicating everything that was included - there was little or no room for guesses or questions. Plus the fact that they are one of the authorized dealers of the furnace I was interested in also helped. The crew that installed the furnace was patient did a neat job. They took their time explaining things to me and answered my questions. I recommend this group for their service.

Bullet proof heating was a life saver for me! When my AC crashed on me in my Condo, i called another company who diagnosed a broken compressor, and tried to replace the entire unit with a quote of $4800!!!
