I wouldn’t trust these guys with a bicycle! They are liars, crooks, and thieves! They are taking advantage of people during a pandemic and it’s disgusting! They will steal your stuff, and then CHARGE YOU FOR IT!! Yes, you read that right. They take your things, and then charge YOU outrageous prices if you want it back! This place is owned and operated by thieves! I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle!
Do not recommend this towing service! They will steal from you!!! You will pay outrageous amounts to get your things back, and that’s if everything is even still there!

I had my vehicle fixed at Bullet Auto & Truck and I have nothing but great things to say about them very friendly staff, knowledgeable and professional technicians,and amazing customer service I highly recommend Bullet Auto & Truck
430 on a friday afternoon in 90 degree weather we broke down in Caro MI. After trying 2 other garages the folks at Bullet were willing to stay after 5pm to fix my diesel pickup and get us going. We are so grateful they were willing to help us out and the billing was very fair. I would recommend Bullet auto to anyone. Thankyou !
I think bullet Auto needs a complete overhaul of employees that's what I recommend to the owner. The dispatcher she needs a hearing aid can't hear properly you tell them Cass City where do they go Caro after I talked to the truck driver he says he's looking for me can't find me tell him where I'm at, I wait a little while and I have to call the driver back to find out where he's at and he says he'll get to me when he can because they have other people ahead of me and I tell him you just called me you said you were looking fo... read more
