I was very disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Shan Li. Her attitude during the consultation was cold and showed a lack of care and empathy toward her patient. She appeared unwilling to help, and when I asked a question, her response was simply, “I don’t know,” which I found shocking and unprofessional. Given that I paid $130 for this consultation, the level of service provided was unacceptable and left me feeling unsupported and dissatisfied.

Experience with dr was a good however the clinic did not inform me over initial phone call of a fee of $90. They had another chance when I was at reception, they asked me if I had a concession can and I then no and it was my first time at the clinic. They only mentioned the $90 after the visit I seen the dr. This is very poor ethically by taking advantage of people by not informing members of the public who most of them are feeling not well that there is no fee until after seeing the dr. My experience with Mr Guarino had always been close no matter where HE WAS A GP FOR decades ON CRN EDGARS RD AND BERRY RD THOMASTON THEN 5 YEAR CONTRACT AT THE EPPING Health CARE CENTRE AND LASTLY FOR 7 TO 10 YEARS IN BULLEN. I have read some of the other reviews for this practice and all I can say is that for those reviewers which gave this clinic low ratings, they are obviously confusing Bulleen Medical Centre with another clinic in Bulleen. I have been attending the clinic since 2022 as I left my crappy eltham clinic. The Receptionists are very down to earth, knowledgable and helpful.
