We had been looking for a dump trailers for a couple weeks. I stumbled across a craigslist add with an almost too good to be true price. My wife called and and Jay answered. He was very helpful and to the point, and agreed to hold a trailer for us at the sale price on Craigslist. I immediately jumped in the truck and drove three hours to their store. Great family owned business. We did our research and knew what we needed. Called and Trev made sure he had it in stock before we took the trip down there. When we arrived Trev was helping another customer so he pointed us to the trailer (that he had already pulled up front) for us to take a look at. It is a great built trailer and will get the jobs we need done. Paperwork was quick and painless and his crew was knowledgeable and helpful with getting everything hooked up and in place for us. Answered all my questions with no frustration didn’t feel pressured into buying anything but helping in finding what trailer I wanted and best Suited me!
I am all about customer service, being treated fairly and not jerked around. With that being said Bulldog Trailers nailed it!! No pressured salesman, warm welcome and answered all my questions and concerns with professionalism. What a great family owned business and great selection of trailers. I was very pleased with them and very happy with my decision on the cargo trailer I received. Thank you Bulldog team, you have a forever customer with me.
Don't go this place to do any sort of business! They don't put good tires on any tailor they are bairly legal and will not work with you to put good working tires on your trailer!!! Save your money these people are a rip off!! Horrible business people and have no morals!
Well worth the drive I travelled 3 hrs and had my mind set on the trailer I was gonna buy but when I got there I was overwhelmed by the inventory and ended up leaving with a way nicer and better trailer than I anticipated for a lot less than any of the competition definately recommend!!!
