I took my dodge charger in for the oil pressure switch to be replaced after they've quoted me $250 while they were fixing it the switch broke off so 766.44 later Obviously the mechanic had a hard time fixing it because the labor was 599.60 tell me why I'm paying for they lack of Intelligence to top if off they broke a piece of the trim off my door and didnt say a thing about it and my car smells like they straight smoked in it.. Had a flat tire at the near by lake, called them last minute and they said bring it on in, had me repaired and back on the road in 15 minutes.
I had a blowout on 1 tire across street from them today. They were so courteous, considerate and helpful. They replaced it and other front tire. Then as my tires were all older, ordered 2 more. My wife is in Ark City from out of town and needed an oil change and a diagnostics done on her AC. So $250 later there is a scratch on the car, AC is not diagnosed and now the car is blowing black smoke. There was a was an extra charge to check AC (that was not agreed upon) and an extra charge for labor because the diagnostic took longer or had to be bouble check, not quite sure. I had my alternator replaced at Bulldog Auto. When I picked up my car there was black grease and greasy hand prints all over my hood and fender. Also the hood release handle had been broken off. I went back to Bulldog Auto and made them aware of the condition. They're going to replace the hood release handle and they wiped the grease off my car.
