Karen was very professional, she explained everything in detail so that there were questions that were not answered. My only comment is to lower rental prices for disabled veterans on fixed incomes.

Horrible experience I moved in in October and was told that they don’t increase the rent very often. I rented four storage units. One unit started out at $120 a few months later they increase the rent to $358 and the unit that I had that was $160 they increased it to $578. I would highly advise rent from them everything they told me when I rented the units was a lie.

Ellen, Alyssa, and Thalia were all very helpful and made the rental setup very easy and they were all patient with me making it a nice and easy process. I would comfortably recommend others to them.

I have rented a storage unit for several years with RecNation in Spring, Texas. The storage facility is conveniently located near my residence. RecNation has been responsive to any of my questions or concerns. The facility has been upgraded with keyless entry devices. I store one of my pride possessions (55 Chevy BelAir) at this location and have never had any issues with this facility. I would highly recommend this facility to store your personal or business effects.
