Jim was very professional, straight forward, and appeared to have done a good job on my roof which was replaced 2 years ago. I recently found my floor rotted out by my fireplace with a hole going into the crawl space. It was not there prior to the new roof. I am not sure if the leak is coming from the roof repair or not. I called Jim 6 weeks ago and he was supposed to stop by my house to inspect. He no showed and will not answer my calls, texts, or emails for 6 weeks. Jim did some repair work and added a new awning to our barn last year(2019). Overall, a good job and we are happy with the results. Unfortunately, he didn't complete the job. Top of the list was to eliminate all leaks in the barn. He finished the work in a dry spell. We felt comfortable and paid him. When the rain came back we found a leak in an area to be repaired. I left many messages and emails. No response. Very unprofessional. I finally went on the roof and caulked it myself.
Jim was very professional and thorough! He did a great job explaining what would happen and how I needed to prep the property for the roofing job. Pricing was straightforward and there were no unreasonable surprises (they uncovered wood that genuinely needed replaced). His crew worked efficiently and cleaned the area very well. I would highly recommend Bulldog Roofing and Construction based on my dealings.
