Unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest, are exactly what you can expect from this business. We moved into a home that looked as if it never seen the light of day. From dirty old carpets that had never been cleaned for decades, including other areas that lacked attention. But being the ideal tenants, we've managed to make it work, without any complaints. Rented through this company for 6 years. When I gave my notice there was a misunderstanding regarding final months rent. Shawn became very upset for no reason and ignored my calls and texts the day before move out. When we had our walk through he was mad I wrote him an email expressing my concerns and their unprofessionalism and went as far as saying that "this isn't going to help your deposit".
