With her amateur fighting competition background in Boxing and Muay Thai, Sharon is highly knowledgeable and a great instructor. She is great at attention to details when teaching a technique, and knows how to get her message across. The academy is very clean with lots of space. She teaches a little kids, a women’s only class, and a adult class. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great family atmosphere to train at.
Bulldog has something for everyone. Tough conditioning classes up to more technical classses. Definately check it out.
Great gym for all ages and levels. Been going since it opened and love it. Very fun and challenging at the same time.
My 6 year old loves this and has learned respect while learning Muay Thai. Instruction is 2nd to none!
This gym is incredible and I highly recommend it! I am loving my time here!
