The woman on the phone accused to me of being a thief because I did not buy the particular piece of Mobility equipment that I was looking for a part for from them. I offered her the serial number and offered to bring the receipt but she wasn't interested and said because I was not a veteran that the equipment had to be stolen. For the record my brother purchased this unit brand new from a Mobility dealer in Lexington Kentucky. My wife and I both depend on Mobility equipment but will never buy anything from this place again.
This is my third trip for installation and services over the years and I am more than impressed with the results each and every visit. Professional, prompt, and above reproach. Will certainly return if the need arises
