Josh is an absolute master at what he does. I routinely injured myself in all kinds of fun ways, especially lifting I overexerted and my entire upper body locked up. I haven’t been able to sit stand or move very long without incredible pain. He released a few muscles in one session and the improvement is incredible. And he’s an incredible person on top of that! Best thing you can do for your body!
