Inspector missed many problems.
The inspector, Jeff, gave my home a passing inspection and shortly after the purchase. My home took in water due to a crack in the side of the stucco. I could have had the seller pay for the repair prior to the home purchase. I called Jeff to tell him about the missed inspection and he wouldn't return my call. If I were you. I would not use this company if Jeff is your inspector.
Jeff was extremely professional and an a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.
Highly recommend using Bulldog Home Inspections!! We used Bulldog Home Inspections when we first bought our home in 2017 and recently ran into an insurance snag. Called Jeff for a roof inspection and he was out to inspect our roof THE SAME DAY. Jeff is trustworthy and genuinely kind. We will continue to use him in the future.
