Ordered flakes for my shop floor 8/29. Knowing I’m ordering from the west coast and I live on the east coast, shipping would take 3-5 days. On 9/01 email confirms shipping. But, no product the day before the job. So I call to verify where is it on 9/07. 9 days later since order. I’m told it’s shipped out then told it’s still there at the store.
