I had called earlier in the year after the ice storm because I was concerned about the status of my mast. I happened to run into him at one of my accounts and he took the time to follow me home, check the mast, educate me on the situation, and do a minor repair. Very honest. I would highly recommend.

I am so, incredibly grateful for Phil and Mark! Strong winds felled a tree that took out our powerline and yanked the meter right off the side of the house! Since that was on a Saturday, and then a snowstorm hit all day Sunday, I reached out on Monday morning. I was elated to hear the phone pick up, and Mark talked through the situation with me.
