I had a great experience with Bulldog. I like that it's an independent business and not a chain; plus, I got a kick out of the URL. Alton had great communications and was very responsive to our request. He did a great job cleaning the vent out and showing me what he found. The whole job took less than hour, and we're very happy with less risk of burning out the dryer.
Bulldog Dryer Vent Cleaning did a great job with my initial vent cleaning, but I will still getting that annoying d80 error on my dryer. What truly earned 5 (or more!) stars was their free follow-up visit, where they went into my attic to check the connecting ducts for buildup. I am very impressed with the service quality and diligence in making things right for the customer.
Alton did a great job cleaning our dryer which had ~15 years of buildup. He was also able to work around the specific setup - stacked unit in a condo, leading up to the roof of the building.
Best service I've had in the last 10 years! Awesome! He did the job properly. Refreshing!!
