UPDATE 8/2: still no response from business owner. After posting this, got a message from someone on Yelp asking for more detail about. Turns out he’s in a similar situation where Jarrod will not warranty the work or call / text him back. Don’t go here.
Took 3 days to say we needed brake pads, air filter, and wheel alignment maintenance replaced with quote for $670. Showed up to get the car and no one was there but a mechanic who refused to return the car to us until we called customer service (twice) to sort it out.
Dropped my car off for simple front and back brake pads. A 20 minute job and they held my car over 24 hours before I picked it up with nothing done to it because I was tired of waiting. We'll overpriced. Everything had been thrown around in it and my mirrors were changed as if it had been driven.
