Landlord is a great landlord!! Best around!!!
Not my apartment, it's a friend's one bedroom unit. Here's what I see: Poor maintenance. Plumbing leaks from the ceiling and from the floor. Heat and air unit consumes a lot of energy. Tile floor is hard to clean. Fixtures improperly installed. Poor closet and cabinet space. Needed a LOT of cleaning upon move-in.
