In the process of purchasing a home in a 55+ community. Have been trying to reach Tonya for several weeks to have some glaring errors corrected. Finally received an answer through our Realtor today, states home is too far along to fix errors. Trying to decide if we should quash our deal, but we have already paid a deposit and appraisal. We are retired, an cannot afford to throw money away, but afraid we will not get any of the other problems fixed after they get all the money.
I have worked with Bulldawg Realty for several years and they have worked hard to make things work for my clients. I've had a couple of clients that had loan challenges and they waited for them to get things worked out. I haven't had anyone else do that. They try to make sure the client is satisfied. I have 3 open files now and am so pleased with everything they do!
