We rented the Sands V unit 1B. The owners above it are VERY noisy, theres only so much the rental company can do, but it did make for some late nights and early mornings, a scared toddler who was listening to running kids til after midnight and having to disconnect our doorbell because the upstairs neighbors kept ringing it and knocking on the door.
