Great Staff! Everyone was friendly and really seemed to care about my child and his issue. Would recommend!
Both vets are wonderful. Everyone is sweet to the animals and there's nothing that I could recommend to them to improve on, it's all been great.
I took my dog here for his leg that needed to be operated on, and I could not be happier with my experience. The staff was very comforting, and helpful during this stressful time. They informed me of everything that was going on, and what exactly needed to be done. You could tell that they really care for these animals.
This is the BEST Urgent Care facility around. The staff is very pleasant. The doctors takes time to assess their patients. And the location is very convenient.
I have been going to this location for about a year since my Dr's office is not always available. My co-pays are $40 and I pay them everytime I go in. (with the exception of once when THEIR debit machine was down)Today I needed to take my daughter in but didn't have the $40 co-pay. I asked if I could write a post dated check or come in and pay it in 4 days. They absolutely refused. It just makes me mad. Now I'm stuck with the dilemma of going to the ER and be billed a copay of $125 when it isn't necessary for her to be seen ... read more

Dr. Byrd is great! He listens to you and then figures out the best course of action. He helped me with a terrible cat bite. I need him now for my husband. went in with dizziness and chills: they never checked my ears, found bacteria in the urine, sent it for a culture, voice mail FIVE days later said all was normal...oh yeah, how did they test a sample that their lab contaminated and could not test. I was on hold for over 20 min. disconnected in the transfer, they never gave me my patient number so I could follow-up, total waste of money and time and I'm STILL SICK Do not recommend!
