Environment, barbers, and prices are all 5+ stars in my book.
I have had great haircuts here. The decorations are entertaining. The staff is cordial and professional. I found the constant presence of Fox News on two screens to be off-putting, but they turned it off at my request.
I recently got my hair curled here, and I’m very unhappy with the experience. When I got home, I immediately noticed the curls didn’t look right—they appeared pulled, not curled. I contacted the stylist right away, and she asked me to wait two weeks, promising to address the issue. Today, I went back to explain I was still unhappy.
