Owner is disrespectful they have a African that don’t understand English running the store I ask her how do I suppose to communicate with her employer she told me just go up the street and get my tire fix I wouldn’t Recommended anyone here
They are extremely rude. I got a tire from them yesterday and it was flat by last night I tried to bring them back the tire and they refuse to give me one. Saying that they didn’t give me that tire. Even though they mark their tires and you can clearly see that it’s their tire. They will be getting that subpoena and I will see you in court.
We were driving through Memphis and a truck driver alerted us to issues with one of our tires. We apulled off and searched for a tire shop We found Ballard's they told us they could get us a tire at a price we thought was very reasonable they got the tire replaced it for us and we are on our way very nice thanks
Lady don't know anything about tire or wheels or lug bolt studs. Over the top rude and aggressive. Very unprofessional. -10 would be the rating. And charged me 25 dollars to cross trend my studs. Now I can't get my tire off. Don't support theses clowns
