Worst service department of any auto dealer I’ve dealt with. I purchased my car from Bull Valley Ford and brought it there for service when my windshield wipers malfunctioned. I dealt with Brandon in service and he charged me $100 and diagnosed that my wiper motor was bad. The motor was replaced but the problem was not fixed, I contacted Brandon and he said I would have to bring the car back and have it diagnosed again which would cost me another $100.
