For excellent service after the sale, buy your boat from Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock! Justin Moore will fix you up and they are fast to respond to a problem! I bought 2 boats from them and helped them sell 4 more that I’m aware of! I highly recommend using these guys!
Just got off the lake after a weekend with friends. We rented a 50ft houseboat and had an absolute blast! None of us had ever done a weekend like this before and I have to say we will do it again! Staff here are super friendly and quick to help with any need you might have. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!
We just finished a long (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) weekend vacation at Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock where we rented a 50’ houseboat. By all accounts the weekend got off to a pretty rough start with several mechanical issues on the boat. Fortunately, they had excellent customer service and were highly responsive to customer needs. bought a 2019 classic. have had a few issues with it. motor break down, hub on trailer went out, and now i pilot has been down for 3 weeks, was told a part was ordered but can get 0 response from service. so ordered my own part. friendly people, but customer service sucks.
