Working with Lindsay has been a consistently excellent experience. I first met her when purchasing a property she had listed as the seller’s agent. Her professionalism, and deep understanding of the property and its tenants immediately stood out. When it came time to market that same property, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Lindsay again, and she delivered just as impressively the second time around.
Lindsay Brereton performed magnificently in selling our medical office building. The building was originally listed with a different broker, and there was no interest in the property. Eventually we sought a different broker. There were issues both with the building and the location which were promptly addressed with Lindsay’s help. The agent I dealt with(megan) straight out lied to skirt responsibility and then had her daddy(jared) who is a broker for this brokerage call me to cuss me out on the phone when I asked for a professional courtesy apology for wasted time and money because she was unfamiliar with money orders that her client required for payment. Retaliated with the termination of an already signed contract. If you want professionalism or accountability you won't find it here.
Highly recommend Michael Bull and his team at Bull Realty. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. Super kind/friendly, and their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is top notch! We coordinated a deal out of state, and Michael’s communication and expert advice throughout was amazing and super helpful in getting this deal closed! Couldn’t have done it without him!
