Showed up 30 mins early for my appointment. 2.5 hours later and they’ve pulled in at least 6 trucks that arrived after I did and I still haven’t moved. No concern for drivers time here.
I've been here twice and each time I'm here for over 5 hours before even getting loaded. On time or early for appointments, doesn't seem to matter.
I almost cancelled my pickup because of the reviews, but I'm glad I didn't—everything went well and was super fast. The staff was friendly, and they loaded me at my scheduled time; you can come for your appointment and everything will be fine.
9 am appointment. Was in and out in like 30 mins. Good first time experience.
