Dan Reagan was great to work with! We purchased the Diablo 6-burner unit. It’s a fantastic grill. Good people that shoot you straight.
I purchased all the appliances from Bull for my new built in BBQ Grill. It did not come with instructions or a manual or a warranty card. I called the store to discuss, but being as they already had my money, they didn't have time to talk to me. They told me to reach out to the person who installed it and they could tell me how it works. I see no drip pan. There are holes all the way across and I have no idea what they are for. Couldn’t have been less helpful total care less condescending attitude older guy to busy eating lunch to help maybe get some people skills.
Very large spa and barbecue store. I visited four stores. Bull's had great service and the best prices. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
