STAY AWAY from this builder. I hired Justin Powers of Bull cycles to build a flying Merkel board track racer, gave him the $1000 deposit. after 4 months was told it was complete. i than paid in full and waited weeks for the bike, which never showed. Justin than told me he couldn’t complete the build (WTH) and would issue me a refund. Well he would continually tell me lie after lie about how he mailed the refund check. The check never came.
