Fantastic office! I've been several times for routine cleanings and the front desk staff is always welcoming and efficient, and I never have to wait long. They are very accommodating when I've needed to shift my schedule and my appointments are always quick and pleasant. All staff members I've seen have been both efficient and thorough. The experience at this establishment regarding communication was subpar. After waiting for five- six months for my appointment, I was informed that they do not accept my insurance. Interestingly, back in November , a representative assured me that they did indeed accept my type of insurance. Trusting this information, I called the day before my appointment to reschedule, only to be told that my insurance was not accepted, and I would need to pay out of pocket.
