New patient here. Bull City Smiles was recommended by a FB group I belong to. I was very happy with my experience today from check-in to the procedure to check-out. Everyone was really friendly and the space is gorgeous (it did not feel like a cold, sterile facility).
Today was my first time going here as an patient. I was recommended by my sister in law who brings all 3 of her kids here to get their dental cleaning and check and she has had an amazing experience every time. Today when I went i was personally impressed by how nice the place looked as far as being modern and clean. Than the staff wow blown away they were just amazing. So, I am not a patient there but my husband is and he always swears by the work they do here. He feels comfortable during the work and trusts them with his teeth. He and I had a financial miscommunication recently and ended up putting a large balance on a debit card. I called the next day to see if I could get that charge cancelled / refunded and instead put on a Care Credit card to cover it as we would need to make payments. I have had the pleasure of Dr.Bolton being my dentist for over 16 years. She has a great personality and she's very good at what she does. I just love her and the staff at this office, is phenomenal. Only dentist I've never dreaded seeing. ☺ Ty Dr.Bolton ❤
We found our new family dentist! Pleasant experience! From scheduling my appointment over the phone to my time I left from my first today.... it was a pleasure! Front office Staff, to the RDH to the DDS... very professional and friendly!
Dr. Bolton is a fantastic cosmetics dr. at Bull city Smiles, with an excellent friendly staff. she takes time out to take care care of her patients & explains step by step procedure with compassion, I would recommend Bull city smiles to anyone.😁
I like coming here. Staff is great, hygienist is sweet and Dr. Bolton is always smiling! I’ve been coming since 1999. If you don’t have a Dentist give this office a try.
