I had my first appointment at Bull City Dental today. From Tameka who scheduled my appointment and met me at the door, to Yanira who took x-rays, to Bianca who was my hygienist (super gentle, professional, and thorough!), to meeting Dr. Palmer herself. Wow! What a great customer/patient experience!! I feel confident going back to get my wonky molar fixed. Thank you!!
Dr. Kemp was great for cleanings, but after getting my first filling from her, I am not going back nor would I ever recommend her. She told me I needed a cavity treated on a tooth that was completely pain free (which I get happens a lot), but after her treatment, it was in EXCRUCIATING pain. She claims some of the bacteria are microscopic (aren't all??), and caused her to not get all of it -\-\ or that the filling went too deep and is now irritating the nerve. I have a serious fear of going to the dentist from childhood. Dr. Kemp and staff are kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and respectful. I cannot not recommended her and this practice enough.
The staff here are timely, professional and very knowledgeable of dental care and hygiene. I hardly ever look forward to going to the dentist, but they answered all of my questions, and the comfortable environment helped me feel more at ease. Additionally, they gave me tips and strategies to use at home in order to improve my dental hygiene routine. They are awesome!
