Gave us a terrible appraisal value. And while it did not impact our loan, thankfully, I am left in disbelief how he came up with the value of our home; he somehow managed to appraise it for LESS than it appraised for before we gutted and remodeled it! If you can avoid using Bull Appraisal, AVOID!! Request that your bank NOT use Bull Appraisal. They give under value estimates and don’t even use proper comps. You won’t get full value for your home!! Very unprofessional with agents and with clients.

Very wrong on his amount of value, missed a sale by $32,000, I have been been a Realtor for 15 years and never had this bad of an appraisal. He based it on area and would not use comps or price per square ft. And he obviously didn't know the area at all!
