I had a disappointing experience at Bulk Barn. I wasn’t aware of the store’s rule about not touching products, as there was nothing mentioned and instead of politely explaining it, the lady who working on floor then behaved very rudely they say me to get out from store. I understand hygiene is important, but the situation could have been handled more respectfully. But The way I was treated felt unfair and disrespectful, and it came across as discriminatory.
