Had an awkward/disappointing experience at this location. On my way to cash out, I was approached by an employee who told me that no snacking was allowed. I was confused because I wasn’t snacking, and I am already aware of the policy. I can only assume she thought the gum I was chewing meant I was snacking, even though I had been chewing it before entering the store. It was embarrassing to be approached based on an assumption.
I bought glycerine soap at bulk barn for$3.29 and next door to Healthy Planet it was $2.49. I went back to bulk barn for a refund and they said is their policy no refund. It wasn't food it was soab minutes before purchase.
