I've never seen such an unprofessional clinic in my life. I sent them the reference letter the doctor gave me a month and a half ago and waited to hear back about an appointment, but they never got back to me. When I called them today, they told me that; they didn’t have any availability and that they emailed the referring GP. No courtesy call was made to inform me. This is truly shocking behavior, especially from a healthcare facility!
Didn't go into practise yet. But just called reception to look at my options. She gave me so much knowledge and information on price, availability, and medicare/doc referrals. Great customer service and highly rated front desk service.
I came to this clinic with the express request that I would be seen by a compassionate doctor who would help me find out the causes and triggers for my condition. I explained That I had seen another clinc which had left me feeling very sensitive about my skin, ignored, out of pocket and without any results. I clearly stated I was only able to afford this appointment with the express wish that I would be treated with kindness and compassion, and If they could not deliver on that, then I would continue my search elsewhere. I would not attend this clinic. Absolutely no compassion for my 14 year old. Appointment booked 5 months ago. appointment time changed by 10 minutes, we were not notified of the time change and we were waiting to see Dr Lisa Byrom for 30 minutes. Told repeatedly that she would be out in a few minutes which was not the case. My child had to attend some important training at school after her appointment at the clinic.
