The receptionist is extremely nasty and very unprofessional. Do not go here for serious eye problems. I know this woman personally. Her name is Mrs Morris and her daughter made fun of me in high-school. That's how she raises her children so that is also how she herself treats others. I called for an appointment for serious symptoms and Mrs Morris starting screaming at me like a lunatic saying that I miss too many appointments. I missed one because of an emergency.
