We had lots of things we wanted our home to have, Jordan was very patient and understanding of said things. Jordan was determined to find us the right house, he showed us 20 homes. Being first time home buyers, Jordan walked us through every step to make sure we understood biding, what each paper we signed means, what the next steps were, etc. We can't recomend Jordan enough!

Jordan came as well recommended realtor. As my family members have been involved in the business for many decades I knew a little about it but it had been 2 decades since I went through the process. Jordan kept me very informed so I could give my basement tenant proper notice for showings. He is a very professional and helpful guy. I would highly recommend Jordan Bula to anyone looking to sell their home. From the beginning he was very clear of what he expected out of the sale and the possibility of it taking a while to close. He was honest and clear throughout the entire journey and he was always available to answer my questions and talk through any concerns.
