Don’t waste your time with this character. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers. He’ll give you a realistic estimate in person and then send you a ridiculous estimate through email. Tells me 5k worst case scenario then sends me an estimate for 10k to install a backwater valve. Edit: Rob calls me and threatens me to take down this review. Just warning you about the kind of person you’re dealing with.
Rob was knowledgeable, on time and handled our garbage disposal replacement within an hour. Great service. Will recommend him for our plumbing concerns moving forward.
