We could not have had better service. There was continuous communication regarding measurement and installation of our granite. I received updates on a regular basis. When I had a question even on a weekend, I received a timely response. Our kitchen and bathroom are absolutely beautiful installed to perfection. The area was cleaned thoroughly and everyone was so respectful and professional. Thank you AZ Quarts & Granite for making us so happy in our home!!!
Called on Saturday, 4/5 to see if they could do a small cut on a small piece of marble. They said they could do it, and that they close at 3pm. I arrived around 11:30 to an empty, but unlocked office. I waited for several minutes in the lobby until a woman arrived, and told me that there was no one in the warehouse to do the cuts today. I don't know why they wouldn't have told me that over the phone, or why the gentleman with whom I spoke told me that they close at 3pm when they couldn't do the work anyways.
They did some kitchen work for me over a year ago and needed something fixed recently. They were prompt and courteous and got the job done. I recommend this company for any of your quartz or Granite needs. Customer service is top notch. A+++
