We had a roof repair done less than a year ago and we have been asking Buis Roofing to come fix the repair, since it has failed. The technician has been saying that he is going to come make the repair for over two months and has never come. Often giving us days that he was going to come and then going missing in action. Mr. Buis does respond (sporadicly) to text messages, but seems to always have a problem when it comes to actually coming to make the repair. Due to hail and strong wind damage, Buis Roofing removed my entire roof and put on a new one. They did an outstanding job! I'm so pleased! I asked a group of friends and got 3 recommendations from 6 different people. I looked the 3 up and contacted them. 2 of them (both very popular in Huntsville area) never called me back!
