Robert is a well qualified ex marine who has whipped me into shape...I am a 40 something overweight former athlete, Robet has given me focus on excercise and eating habbits...the results : loss of 15 lbs over 4 months & the best shape in a long time - just ran a 5 K under 30 min!..
